HomeWhy ArnoldContact Info Keynotes & Seminars
Are you the best speaker for our meeting?
First of all, I may not be the best speaker for your meeting. Every company or organization has a unique culture. Some speakers will fit better than others. If I don't fit your unique needs, I will honestly let you know and I'll assist you through my contacts with top speakers and trainers to find the best one for you. I will never take on an engagement unless I know I will give you a 10 out of 10 performance.
Why should I hire you?
There are many "speakers", but few experts who speak. My "real world" experience and education will provide your audience with what they need. All my seminars, speeches and facilitations are interactive, inspiring, content driven, non-boring and fun with plenty of "walk away" information.. Here are some reasons why you should hire me and make your next meeting a memorable one:
Over 2,500 paid presentations, averaging 4.8 to 5.0 out of 5.0 on evaluations
90% of my clients have hired me back or referred me to others
Meeting Planners International (DC chapter) selected Arnold as "Speaker of the Year"
You will get worksheets and handout materials
Articles will be available for your newsletter or magazine
All my sessions are 100% guaranteed!
Low "maintenance" easy to work with speaker
I'm a CSP. This is the highest earned designation by the National Speakers Assoc.
All my books and tapes are available to your participants at a discount
Additional presentations or facilitations at the same meeting are discounted
I will stay for your whole conference and act as "insurance" in case another speaker can't speak (additional fee)
- The bottom line: My goal is to make you look good. The speaker, trainer or facilitator can make or break a meeting. Can you afford to take a chance?
Our budget is low, and we want an experienced, proven and top rated speaker how can we pay for your services?
There is a discount for multiple engagements. If Arnold does multiple programs the fee is less per engagement.
Share Arnold with another company. Join with another company to offer the presentation and share the costs.
If it is a public program, Arnold will work on a lower fee and take a % of the fees from the attendees.
Get a sponsor. Many times other companies may want to sponsor a seminar.
We take Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Is there something that you can trade with Arnold?
If Arnold is consulting or doing other training, there will be a discount.
You can use the companies' frequent flyer miles for Arnold's flight.
Sponsor a seminar for your clients. It's a great way to show you appreciate them.
Purchase Arnold's books, tapes, and other educational products and services.
What is a CSP?... Certified Speaking Professional
The Certified Speaking Professional designation, established in 1980, is the speaking industry's international measure of professional platform skill. CSP is conferred by the National Speakers Association (NSA) only on those accomplished speakers who have earned it by meeting strict criteria. The letters CSP following a speaker's name indicate a speaking professional with proven experience who understands what is required and knows how to deliver client satisfaction.

Why Should You Hire a CSP?
It will make your job easier! The success of your meeting will be judged largely on the caliber, professionalism and appropriateness of the topic and presenter(s) you select. Choosing a CSP maximizes your opportunity of providing a speaker with a message that will focus, elevate and enhance the mission of your meeting and stick firmly in the memories, attitudes and action plans of your attendees.

How Many CSPs Are There?
Fewer than 8% of NSA's 3700 + members hold this professional designation.

What Benefit Does a CSP Bring to Your Meeting?
A CSP brings a proven track record of continuing speaking experience and expertise. CSPs are committed to ongoing education, outstanding service and ethical behavior. CSPs offer wide varieties of approaches, topics and styles. Only you can determine which speaker will best fit your needs. A certified Speaking Professional provides a solid place with which to begin your search.

What Are the Criteria?
Every CSP must...
Maintain membership in NSA and subscribe to its Code of Professional Ethics.
Serve a minimum of 100 different clients within 5 years.
Present a minimum of 250 professional speaking engagements within this same 5-year period.
Submit testimonial letters from clients served.
Submit professionally-prepared promotional materials.
Receive excellent ratings from past clients on professional performance evaluations.
Continue education in the professional speaking field through NSA's many educational programs.
The Association
The National Speakers Association is an international association of more than 3700 members dedicated to advancing the art and value of experts who speak professionally.
