Although many companies have marketing directors, many of them tend to have a sales background, advertising background or were just placed in that position. We will act as an adjunct to your marketing director to provide them with the timely advice and training they need to greatly enhance their success and the success of your firm. If you don't have a marketing
director we will find and train one for you. This unique program operates as follows:
• We will spend an initial two-days to train your marketing
director in all aspects of marketing.
• We will advise, suggest improvements, to help them develop
their marketing plan and subsequent strategies.
• We will come back for a check up every three months for a period of one year.
