Arnold will work with you as a marketing strategist, facilitator and coach to help you and your associates determine your vision, mission, goals and action steps. To accomplish this task he will work with you as follows:
1. Arnold will meet with key members of your company, your advisory board
(if available) and customers to determine where you've been and where you are now. He will look at everything you've done from a marketing perspective.
2. In the next step Arnold will guide your staff through the planning process by facilitating a meeting with your staff and your board of advisors or customers (if available) to determine the direction, focus and strategy your business needs now and in the future. The first part of the meeting will start with a session to formulate a workable mission statement. An easy to understand and precise mission statement is essential in providing guidance for the company and the people who run it. In fact, everything that is done at the company should be geared toward the mission or it shouldn't be done at all. To determine your mission we will answer such questions as:

3. Once the mission statement is developed we will work on developing goals that meet the mission statement. We will determine goals by looking at strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, what's marketable, how you're positioned and more.
4. The fourth step will be to take the goals we have developed and determine priorities and go over specific strategies that will work to accomplish these priorities.
5. In the fifth step Arnold will meet with the key members of the team and look at all the information that is available to determine what can and can't be done.
